En los últimos años, el entorno ecológico global ha despertado gradualmente una amplia atención de toda la humanidad. El Foro ha construido una plataforma internacional rica en recursos para la exploración de las cuestiones ambientales mundiales, y proporcionado medidas y respuestas científicas de perspectiva internacional para resolver la crisis que enfrenta actualmente el desarrollo global sostenible.
