Multiple Myeloma: About a Case

We present the clinical case of a female patient of 62 years with a clinical picture of one year of evolution, characterized by presenting bone pain at the thoracolumbar level, thorax, hips and Iower left limb that was exacerbated during the last week making walking impossible. lt also presents asthenia, adynamia and anorexia, weight loss of 15 kg during the last 2 months. The diagnosis of multiple myeloma was reached by biopsy and by Bence Jones protein proteinuria and electrophoresis it was classified as a multiple myeloma NO secretor, which is very rare since it represents only 2 % of myelomas.
