Orange economy is an attractive sector for the new generations of professionals in Latin America and the Caribbean since it has generated lots of job opportunities and income for the countries of the region. Different studies report the gap between the needs of the labor market and the skills of professionals seeking to enter it. Those studies also indicate that soft skills are necessary for successful job placement. The economic sector dedicated to innovation, creativity, and culture, considered an area in constant development, will need professionals with skills that have not been identified through studies on the subject. This article is a bibliographic review that aims to define the priority soft skills for professionals to successfully insert themselves into creative ecosystems.
