A question that many researchers ask is: where, how and when should I send a scientific article?; However, it is convenient to analyze if: Is the article ready to be sent? In this sense, the life of the researcher is to work on a scientific project, which implies having a reliable work team, with sufficient financial resources, having a basic knowledge in statistics, writing and of course publication; After this initial process, which can last from several months to many years, we can finally get to realize a research work.
