En los procesos de apropiación social del conocimiento que viene impulsando el grupo de investigación Giga3ed perteneciente a la facultad de Ingeniería de la Unidad Central del Valle del Cauca -UCEVA, los profesores líderes del proyecto de Sensibilización Frente al Cambio Climático, han implementado un nuevo Taller en la Universidad EAM con el propósito de motivar a personas y a comunidades a cuidar el medio ambiente, a proteger la biodiversidad y la sostenibilidad ambiental con acciones muy sencillas enmarcadas en las buenas prácticas tecnológicas verdes - Green It que ayudan a reducir emisiones de gases efecto invernadero – GEI. El presente texto presenta un breve informe de la implementación del Taller.
