Resumen

El cambio climático, el calentamiento del planeta, los desastres naturales y otros efectos son una preocupación continua de gobiernos, sociedades y academia. En torno a estos temas, el Grupo de Investigación Giga3ed de la Facultad de Ingeniería de la Unidad Central del Valle del Cauca – UCEVA trabaja en un proyecto para Sensibilizar a personas y a comunidades para que conozcan y comprendan como algunas acciones voluntarias e involuntarias del hombre aportan negativamente al cambio climático. En un formato de Taller interactivo digital apoyado en aplicaciones web y móvil gamificadas, los profesores líderes del proyecto en colaboración con estudiantes del programa Ingeniería de Sistemas de la UCEVA enseñan a personas y a comunidades a cuidar el medio ambiente, a proteger la biodiversidad y la sostenibilidad ambiental con acciones muy sencillas que están al alcance de toda persona. Mediante una alianza con Instituciones Chinas para la conservación de la biodiversidad y el desarrollo verde se está fortaleciendo la implementación de estos Talleres en Colombia. A continuación, se presenta una síntesis del primer Taller realizado en virtud de la alianza inter institucional entre Colombia y China.
