The essence of this research work lies in determining the power assumed by ordinary judges within the framework of their powers, to carry out the control of tutelary constitutionality in the specific cases submitted to their knowledge and thus the scope of said control. For this purpose, the argumentative burden in the work of the ordinary judge constitutes an essential component of his ruling. Beyond assuming respect for the right to have well-founded and/or reasoned resolutions from the defendant, the justification of the decision that must be arrived at through the methods of interpretation proposed by the law and which, to a certain extent, have been developed by the constitutional jurisprudence of Bolivia.
