Perceptions of the private business sector regarding hard and soft skills in professionals of the Business Administration career

The research has allowed us to obtain a complete idea of the soft and hard skills and the performance of professionals in the Business Administration career, in addition to making a classification of the suggestions that businessmen make to achieve career improvement and identification. of the current strengths that identify Business Administration graduates. The most notable in terms of soft skills were leadership, proactivity and creativity, with teamwork also standing out as the most required. On the other hand, in terms of hard skills, entrepreneurs identified experience as the most required; in terms of performance, it is important to highlight that the best qualified professionals have been those from the Bolivian Private University, in second place, the Bolivian Catholic University. and in third place the Universidad Privada del Valle.
It is also important to emphasize that business owners affirm that, if careers insert specializations, extra courses, a better personnel selection process and periodic updates to the career curriculum, there could be substantial improvements in the skills and performance of Business Administrators.
