The clinical case presented below, is that of a 73-year-old female patient, with a history of multiple fractures, focal seizures, grade I coma, type 2 diabetes mellitus, who was diagnosed with a oncohematological disease, Multiple Myeloma (MM). She was stabilized and received first-line chemotherapy treatment until she presented a morphological remission of her disease. Later, during her last cycle of chemotherapy, she showed a relapse, showing generalized subcutaneous nodulations, corresponding to extramedullary plasmacytomas, which predisposed to a decline in her general state of the patient, which did not receive treatment for the extramedullary disease due to a family decision, culminating in her death.
