En rehabilitación oral existe muchos medios por el cual se puede preservar una pieza dentaria. Varios estudios nos demuestran que para realizar un correcto uso de materiales de rehabilitación oral se debe de seguir diversos protocolos, los cuales como investigadores demostraremos porque es tan importante realizar el uso adecuado de los adhesivos al momento de utilizar sobre la superficie del esmalte y dentina propiamente dicho. Para observar dichos componentes se utilizó materiales biológicamente compatibles e instrumentos ópticos, con los materiales usados logramos visualizar la interacción del adhesivo, con un sellado dentinario periférico. Logrando un buen sellado del adhesivo con los tejidos dentarios
