Abstract

Let us also keep in mind that—since the Political Constitution of the State promulgated in 2009—a new political, social, and economic structure of the Plurinational State has been designed with particular characteristics. In this way, society becomes the articulating axis for the construction of knowledge, respecting cultural diversity. This reality is reflected in the actions of universities, whose contribution is the creation of spaces for analysis, reflection, and content production inside and outside the classroom (knowledge that, in the case of the Universidad Privada del Valle, is disseminated through articles that address economic, business, legal, and communication science topics through the Compás Empresarial Magazine). This is how capacities are generated and the academy is connected to the social reality and the current economic-legal process, thus fulfilling this high mission and social mandate.
