Abstract

The use of the tool called Business Game simulates a market where participants compete by managing their companies. Facing competition and unforeseen market changes to evaluate strategic decision making. The present article, seeks to illustrate the concept, the execution, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the use of Business Games as a learning tool for Postgraduate students.
