Within the rehabilitation process, gravity is a physical phenomenon that can become a factor hindering the progression of some capabilities in the patient, and this is a very important factor failure during physical therapy because the patient feels great frustration unable to successfully perform the requested exercises.
Rehabilitation in the water, thanks to its various properties, promotes the success of therapy for functional recovery. This first order kinetics tool gives us the ability to shorten deadlines therapeutic and patient regains independence in Activities of Daily Living (ADL), reinserting his or her social or work environment in less time, thus regaining self-esteem and independence of the individual.
