Chronic low back pain is a multifactorial problem that influences both the physical, psychological and social aspects and this leads to a great affectation in all areas of the daily life of those who suffer from it; the objective is to determine whether symmetrical biphasic current (TENS) has a superior analgesic effect to placebo or other treatments in patients with chronic low back pain of mechanical factor; in addition, to analyse the optimal application parameters to achieve a greater reduction in pain.
