The objective of the research is to analyze the situation of the right of access to justice of people with disabilities in general, in the city of Cochabamba, in relation to the international obligations assumed by the Plurinational State of Bolivia and contemporary Latin American constitutionalism. To this end, the constitutionality block and Bolivian legislation were examined, the identification of Bolivia's international obligations regarding the rights of people with disabilities and the evaluation of public investment in infrastructure and media. In general, the data obtained demonstrate that there are several international obligations regarding access to justice and procedural communication for people with disabilities, but little or no public investment to comply with said duties in the Judicial Branch of the Plurinational State of Bolivia and, especially, in the city of Cochabamba.
