The present academic work focuses on the relevance of the theme of disability considering the parameters of the regulations regarding the responsibility and obligation of the State with respect to the integral development of the aforementioned sector, considering for this purpose the criteria of equal opportunities, mainstreaming and public policies, first from a generic approach with respect to the aspects in which disability develops to finally address in the proposal part specifically the application of said criteria in the implementation of productive enterprises that allow the equalization of rights. in relation to the economic-social aspect.
