Abstract

Thus, the Compás Empresarial Magazine becomes a means of scientific dissemination where you can periodically find articles that seek to provide answers to problems from various disciplines, ranging from techniques that attempt to help reduce anxiety levels in musicians, strengthening the marital system as a generator of stability and satisfaction, management of maladaptive behaviors in autism problems, compliance with the rights of people with disabilities in the face of both public and private institutions, development of a continuous improvement plan to optimize administrative management by applying tools from the Japanese Kaizen method, a Sports Marketing Plan for the Jorge Wilstermann Club and the application of values ​​​​as a regulator of behavior in organizations and their integration into the management of strategic processes.
