Oral Civil Procedure in Bolivia: Feasibility and Applicability

From the history of the Solivian Civil Procedure, criminal proceedings have always been delayed as to the resolution of cases. Globally, over time has begun an era of application of the oral proceedings in the areas of Law. For this reason and due to the promulgation of the new Code of Civil Procedure, this study was performed to determine whether Bolivia is ready to meet this significant change since it should take severa! parameters, such as the physical structure for hearings and the preparation of human resources.
