Psychological Evaluation in Criminal Proceedings for Developing Prison System Effective Policies in Order to Society Reintegration

We understand dangerousness as the probability that a particular person will commit a crime in the future. This is a concept more than anything legal, but that interacts with social psychology. To understand this concept from a broader vision of it, we understand that the assessment of criminal dangerousness as valid ground for conviction which generates a judge, contributing markedly at the time of make a judgment. Moreover, it should also be seen from a social approach, in order to analyze the environment where illegal action occurs, and the level of education that has, among other things, to identify the possible reasons that led to the person to act that way.
