The couple break is considered one of the most painful experiences for which we all go through at sorne point, herefore, is considered a grieving process for representing a loss. While for sorne it is very easy to face it, for others it is very difficult to overcome the loss of a partner, as well as breaks and frequent partner changes in adolescence and youth turn out to be traumatic. lt is very important that the adolescent can functionally meet the situation, since otherwise would risk the perception of him or herself, his or her person, and above all, the affective emotional areas, leading to jeopardize the both physical and psychological integrity of the young.
