This project aimed to design the Gamma Drugstore corporate image. A descriptive research with mixed approach was developed. A sample based on the quota non-probability method was selected by dividing the sample calculated according to age, gender and type of customer, carrying out 273 surveys and 2 focus groups. lt was concluded that the corporate image in a business is important, and that the relevant attributes in a drugstore are: the light sign; uniform personnel; knowledge and good treatment by the pharmacist, and the least important are envelopes and plastic bags. The project proposal was based on these opinions because a logo was designed to be applied different in graphic elements used in the business; and aspects of improving infrastructure and customer service were included.
