The present work was developed with the purpose of putting into practice ali the knowledge acquired during the training of the Master in Business Administration, by applying the business simulation software ofThe Business Strategy Game. The Marketing Management is responsible for the operations of the company Game Changer in year 11, from which it is necessary to achieve effective decision making, propase and implement strategies that are useful in terms of the movement of the industry competing with 6 other companies to comply with the requirements that the shareholders stipulated. Obtaining an acceptable market share in addition to maintaining the results achieved so far. In the year 18, dueto the abrupt movement of the market, even reaching a global supply, the strategy of cost leadership was established, obtaining the secondbest result among the 7 competing companies. However, the goals set by the investors could not be met.
