Surgery plus local immunotherapy in the treatment of Buschke-Löwenstein tumor. About a case

Giant condyloma acuminatum or Buschke-Löwenstein tumor (TBL) belongs to the group of warty carcinomas. Its etiologic agent is found in human papillomavirus (HPV serotypes 6 and 11), characterized by giant warty lesions of perineal location. We present the case of a 28-year-old male patient diagnosed with giant Buschke-Löwenstein condyloma. Surgical treatment was performed with the addition of topical imiquimod as adjuvant therapy with excellent long-term evolution.
