Abstract

One of the most studied assertions in SARSCoV-2 is the compromise of coagulation and the presence of thromboembolic diseases, with characteristic laboratory changes and a treatment that focuses on anticoagulation and, in some cases, fibrinolysis.

To date, it has not been possible to link classic  disseminated intravascular coagulation with sepsis-induced coagulation, or pulmonary intravascular coagulation; often associated with ischemic stroke and acute myocardial infarction, poorly described. It is in this sense, that one of the treatment objectives in this pathology is to block hypercoagulation, without neglecting the endothelial dysfunction closely linked to thrombosis.

In this research work, we present a clinical case of a patient with the diagnosis of an acute coronary syndrome and the presence of SARS-CoV-2, who received anticoagulant and fibrinolytic treatment, happily with good evolution.
