Proposal to Assess and Strengthen the Organizational Climate through Psychodrama Techniques in the Area of Human Resources of the National Health Fund

Organizational Climate Diagnosis and Strengthening were proposed in the HR area of National Health Fund, through psychodrama techniques based on the Organizational Climate Study (OC) prepared by Price Waterhouse CoopersAdaptation, measuring 8 dimensions: Culture, Values and ldentity; Leadership; Reward and Recognition; Motivation and Satisfaction; Communication; Organizational Structure; Teamwork and Physical Environment. In the diagnosis, three strong and three weak dimensions were found, this in arder to reach a proposal to strengthen the dimensions of organizational climate using psychodrama techniques.
