This article points out as a summary, the activities in the workshop "Training of Trainers" organized by national and German institutions in the project Pro Journalism, in an effort to find better training for future professionals in the Social Communication area. The workshop was the first of three, carried out between 2014 and 2015, involving public and private universities throughout the country, in the cities of Cochabamba, La Paz and Santa Cruz, where the trainers were Solivian, German and Colombian. Methods and teaching strategies that were issued in the workshop had a constructivist approach based on skills that will enable teachers to implement in their classrooms, so that the instruction is completely focus on students.
