The present analysis will provide a brief explanation of the four jurisdictions that constitute the Judicial Branch in the Plurinational State of Bolivia, which were established by the Political Constitution of the Plurinational State, promulgated in 2009 by President Evo Morales. Since then, there has been a change throughout the country; however, since the antiquity of our norms, the legislators saw fit to write new codes, laws and a new division and organization of the Judicial Organ, responding to the needs of the new Plurinational State of Bolivia. Finally, the article concludes indicating the similarities and differences that exist between the four jurisdictions: Ordinary, Agroenvironmental, Native-indigenouspeasants and special.
