The present article considers the conscious incorporation of the Personal Learning Environments (PLE) in the education, for teachers and students to develop investigative skills.
The proposal is to build the Personal Learning Environments with Office 365 tools as technological base, but in a strategic way to support the teaching-learning process. Firstly an evaluation of the Personal Learning Environments is done, and then a diagnostic of the teaching - learning process in the programing course; once completed these studies and with the results, a model is proposed.
