Noni Capsules Exportation from Chochabamba to Iquique Pymes Aim to Grow by Developing New Products and Markets

This article presents the results of the project that consisted in designing an export plan in a year far the company Noni Nueva Esperanza S.R.L., far its product Noni capsules, addressed to lquique market. Whereas the product is new in Bolivia, a qualitative, exploratory and non-experimental study was developed. The final market analysis was performed based on data from secondary sources and literature review. Cruz Verde pharmacies was selected as an importer of the product under consideration: the advantages of distribution, logistics, product sales far the category and disposition of a wide range of market. Cotton tests and interviews were applied. The main objective of the export plan was to determine the commercial feasibility of the product on the lquique market; the result was obtained as a feasible and profitable business according to financial tools IRR, NPV and others.
