Proposal for a Bars Supply System

Beverage service is considered very important in a bar as it is the main income generator, and it the main reason a bar must provide good and quality service to its customer. Managing a bar it is based on the purchase, costs, supply management and production, seeking quality drink and good service. Thus, the most frequent problems that arise in the supply system in a bar were identified as: the control a acquisition of sorne inputs; the lack of timely information and inadequate inventory. That is why a supply system aimed at establishments called bars is· proposed, in arder to facilitate a continuous flow of supply of perishable and nonperishable products necessary far the operation of the organization, without generating an increase in administrative expenditure.
