The research is in charge of designing and elaborating an educommunication material that offers learning, competences and exercises of infantile leadership destined to teachers of the primary level in educational centers of the city of La Paz.
To obtain the results, the mixed research approach was established, following the techniques of focus group and knowledge test to four professors from the American Obrajes Educational Unit and interviews with experts in psychopedagogy and leadership.
The statements of those involved helped to describe the information and work methodologies of the manual, as well as to understand the educational and social context of the students, measure the level of knowledge of the teachers regarding child leadership and define aspects of content and structure.
The purpose of the manual is to train positive leaders from seven to eleven years of age, providing a social tool that promotes and preserves the morals, ethics, values and principles that minors practice in their educational centers.
We classified the book into eight essential leadership skills; communication, creativity, planning, organization, adaptation, negotiation, skills and teamwork. All of them reinforce twenty-five practical activities at the individual, group and joint level.
