Procedure of Unloaded and Stored Inmmediate Random Control of Merchandise for the National Customs of Bolivia

This paper explains the procedures carried out for Abandoned Goods and Transit Customs in the National Customs of Bolivia, and propases an lmmediate Downloaded and Stored Goods Random Control Process, to eliminate or reduce nationwide abnormal situations. The Abandoned Goods area is distinguished by: Fact or Tacitus Abandoned Goods and Express or Voluntary Abandoned Goods. The first case consists of: neglected goods inventory, consignees' notifications, reporting, issuing administrative orders, destruction and auction of them. And the second case is divided into two steps: notifying the Customs Administration and the assessment of written communication, in addition to the issuance of the administrative decision.
