Communication Tools for Internal Induction Public Manual Design, Difusion and Impact Measurement from the Food and Agriculture Organization

The existence of an induction manual is important in any organization, so one was designed far ali internal public of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). This manual is a very important document that audience, because by knowing where every official could consult when in doubt, curiosity or concern about the organization, functions and information that accompany their work. By having the induction manual ready, we proceeded to spread it internally, first in general, then to each of the officials. At a later stage we proceeded to measure the impact of this manual with the use of tools such as the survey and interviews. This phase was very important because it let us know what the first review and evaluation of the internal public was to this first version of the manual. To conclude, the manual was corrected so it could act effectively to ali the target audience and sorne recommendations were made. Constant monitoring to the internal public was recommended, since at any time enter new officers and these will have to clarify doubts.
