This article presents the results of the development project of a continuous improvement plan to optimize the administrative management at the facilities of the Commercial Department of the company ELECTRO RED S.R.L. far the purpose of applying tools of Japanese Kaizen method. This method eliminates waste and ali operations that do not add value to the product or processes,
increasing the value of each process served as quality management and eliminating the unnecessary. After studying the basics of Lean Manufacturing, it was confirmed the effectiveness of this method transferred to the sales department of the company ELECTRORED S.R.L. dedicated to the sale of products and electrical materia Is, mainly to storage processes and delivery of customer orders.
