Program far management scenic anxiety on string players of Cbamber Orcbestra of tbe Plurinational Conservatory of Music

The aim of this article is to provide information about the investigation of 11 members of the Chamber Orchestra of the Plurinational Conservatory of Mu sic. From assessment tools (interviews and self-records), we conclude that the string players as a whole suffer from musical scenic anxiety, due to factors such as inadequate preparation, negative experiences, cognitive distortions and music transmission, among other. Based on the above, is that the proposed program, consisting of three modules of fourteen sessions, with techniques that attempt to assist in reducing anxiety levels in musicians and improve the performance quality of these string players performed.
