Procedure for the value's management from strategic processes: its application in quality management

The value's management has been, in the last years, one of the diffused managers technologies; in occasions, the results of their introduction in the managerial practice have shown inadequacies in the methodological conception. The application of the val u es like regulator of the behavior in the organizations, however, its integration in the administration of strategic processes is even limited. Taking like reference this methodological limitation, the investigation has the objective concretely of applying a novel methodological focus for the determination and definition of the concept of the central value of the strategic processes in organizations that offer services, the administration of the quality. The used methodology is characterized to be based on methods and technical with wide acceptance on the part of the scientific community and others of it was worth inside the address. The results point to the execution of the objective, being a ble to determine the central value and their concept for the process of administration of the quality of a hotel.
