Abstract

Let's rescue, restore, maintain and value the wealth of each city, at the same time face new challenges to be able to provide solutions and avoid the risk of gradual, have adequate infrastructure to provide water to different places, we carry out an analysis to obtain lots of information and That is how plans are made to prepare for extraordinary events. This edition presents the aforementioned and much more, generating clear ideas and solutions for a better present, leading to better days for our Country.
