This document presents a detailed study on the design of a Maintenance Management System (MMS) based on the 8-phase model for an instrumentation and control services company in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Key elements and recommended stages for achieving a successful implementation are analyzed, aiming to efficiently plan, control, and optimize maintenance activities while ensuring equipment availability and reliability, reducing operational costs, and maximizing asset lifespan within a competitive business context focused on efficiency and quality.
