This issue presents reflection articles and technical proposals appropriate to the environment, relating to the automation of control and monitoring systems of industrial primary conditioning environments, to the process of monitoring vital signs, to an electronic language translation system. Bolivian sign language, the production of stone paper, among others. In this way, the magazine maintains its important role in contributing to the updating of students, teachers and professionals, promoting the policy of technological transfer and promoting national scientific discussion.
