Security Parameters Proposal for Decoding Digital Television SBTVD-T (Brazilian System of Digital Terrestrial Television)

The digital television standard to be implemented in Bolivia is called SBTVD-T (Brazilian standard based on the Japanese standard ISDB-T with improvements). When migrating to the established standard, there will be quality improvements, however, it requires security to multimedia data (audio and video) that has a specific recipient.
This document covers the study, cierno and proposal encoding parameters to considera system that will provide the required security among the multiplexing of video/audio MPEG-2 and MPEG-2 multiplexing trames, specifically on the table PMT (programmaptable). The cierno is on software for Windows platform, starting with video coding, audio coding, packaging into MP4, frame generation MPEG-2 (transportstream) software for viewing and modifying parameters on MPEG2 frame.
