This journal publishes manuscripts in English and Spanish. Yet the journal welcomes Chinese translations of the English and Spanish Version or Record (VoR) and viceversa.

    The Journal Boliviano de Ciencias is a peer-reviewed, Open Access academic journal. The journal aims to publish studies in the fields of Engineering Sciences, Technology, Computer Science, Architecture, and Exact Sciences. It is targeted at educators, students, academics, professionals, and others interested in these branches of knowledge. The journal does not charge fees for article review or publication. It has been published semi-annually since 2020, although it was founded in 1998 and initially published in print on a four-monthly basis.

There are no article processing charges to get published in the journal. The journal is published semi-annually and it has been published since 2010.
